How It Works
Once your order is placed, our atelier will reach out personally to guide you through submitting your bespoke measurements and to outline the construction timeline for your custom garment.
All clients are advised of a 4–6 week production period. Throughout this time, you will receive weekly progress updates on your gown, complete with behind-the-scenes imagery of the process and materials from start to finish.
Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm, and we will be in touch once your gown is completed to arrange a convenient delivery date with you.
